| Description: BSH is proud to bring you its all new True Seal intake system for the 2.0T FSi. Major design features include a proprietary airbox that integrates into the fresh air ducting on the grill of the car. This design ensures that only cool air enters the engine providing you with the most dense oxygen rich air possible. Other considerations include a carefully calibrated MAF sensor flange and an integrated port for the relocation of a diverter valve. All of these features combine to bring you the most powerfull air intake on the market. This part is a direct replacement for the factory intake system and installs without any modifications to the vehicle. Includes: Intake Tubing with integrated DV relocation bung and CNC machined MAF flange True Seal Airbox with Rubber Trim Lock Proprietary BSH Air Filter with Inverted Cone Top All clamps and hardware needed for installation Video: BSH True Seal Revving at Idle Product Instructions: BSH True Seal Intake Instructions Note: For Passat customers, this intake will only fit if you have a manual transmission. This kit will work on 6spd or DSG VW's and Audi A3's. DV kit and PCV kits are pictured but not included with this intake. |

Best. Intake. Ever. And I am very serious! The same day that I installed the intake, I drove 30 miles to Tysons Corner, VA for our weekly Capital Dubs meet. It was just below freezing. As soon as I arrived I popped my hood and put my hands on the pipe just before the filter -- cold...as in grabbing a can of soda out of the fridge cold. I put my hand above the exhaust manifold -- same thing...very cold. Lastly, I put my hands by the turbo itself -- take a guess...again it was very cold. Never have I had an intake that did this. Not even my full ghetto cold air intake I fabricated.
Two thumbs up is all I have to say! There is a major increase in air flow. BSH, you did it again. -
